We have known each other for many years and have much in common. We are all mothers and they have worked with both children and adults who have overcome great adversity in their lives to achieve wonderful things. We have had careers in different areas, nursing, retail, charity, property and fitness, and so bring a wealth of practical life experience and expertise to our coaching. We recognise the human potential present in every one of us. Coaching can help to unlock this potential and act as a catalyst to change.
As fully accredited IIC&M Life Coaches through Mindstream Success and Life Coaching we are passionate about coaching and the powerful change it can bring.
Grainne is an accredited coach with IIC&M. With an earlier background in property, Grainne became interested in the area of Health and Wellness and studied Diet and Nutrition in DIT Bolton Street, followed by a NCEF qualification from NTC where she qualified in the area of exercise fitness and personal training.

This type of coaching can help to develop strategies to enable the client truly realise their full potential and make real and lasting changes in their lives. Grainne is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals and unlock their potential.
Grainne has been working at home and internationally with an Irish charity over the last five years. This, in addition to her coaching qualifications and life experience as a mum to two teenagers, gives her an excellent background to connect with her clients.
